JET AVIATION OPF

Jet Aviation, a subsidiary of General Dynamics Corp., will be building a first-class private aircraft terminal, which will be phase one of the larger aviation project on a 27-acre plot at Opa-Locka Airport. This project includes 508,000 SF of ramp, a 45,000 SF aircraft hangar, 9,000 SF of leasable hangar support space, an 8,000-SF fixed-based operator lobby terminal, and a 4,000-SF Customs and Border Patrol office building, a landside parking lot, and a and a modification of two airfields taxiways, and a fuel farm.
