BROOKFIELD AIRPORT WEST COMMERCE CENTER

This project is a one-story 141,067 SF structure and consists of tilt-up panel walls, steel joists and a deck, with 16 dock levelers, 2,600 SF Tenant Improvement Office space as well as 575 SF warehouse office space. This project is complete with a concrete truck court, a truck parking area, a retention pond, and a new off-site road. This facility is certified LEED Silver.
