UNIVIDA HEALTHCARE PALMETTO HEADQUARTERS

This project introduces the new Univida Medical Center, a three-story,
60,376 SF facility near the Palmetto Expressway. It includes offices,
an outpatient clinic, an atrium entrance, exam rooms, conference
rooms, an employee lounge, an executive kitchen, and a gym with
locker rooms and showers. The exterior offers lush landscaping and
201 parking spaces.
