EVENTUS HEADQUARTERS

A trusted partner for leading Fortune 500 companies, Eventus executes over 6,000 events per year, nationwide. Headquartered in Miami, Eventus maintains a series of satellite offices and operates eight strategically located fulfillment and distribution centers across the country. The first phase of the project included the selective demolition of approximately 10,415 SF of office. The second phase consisted of various finishing details such as new floors, new wall partitions and various ceiling finishes. This tenant improvement included LED lighting fixtures, glass storefront throughout and several upgraded quartz counter tops and a  boardroom lounge that includes custom drywall ceilings with light coves and hidden motorized projection screens. The project was completed while the building was fully operational with minimal disruptions to the tenants.
