PINECREST NORTH PREPARATORY PHASE III, WINS USF STATE SAFETY AWARD!!!

Congratulations to our Link Team working on our Academica Pinecrest North Preparatory Phase III project. They were honored with the Sunshine State Safety Award from the University of South Florida Health for their dedicated efforts and implementation of OSHA’s safety standards and requirements. This award recognizes Florida employers and employees across all industries who are proactive about job safety. This is the 3rd time Link has received this prestigious award. We want to express our gratitude to USF Health for this special recognition and all our subcontractors who participated and were also recognized by USF Health. We would also like to thank Academica and the CM Team for their ongoing trust in Link Construction Group and their mutual dedication to safety.

UNIVIDA HEALTHCARE PALMETTO HEADQUARTERS BREAKS GROUND!
MIAMI, FL
Link Construction Group and UniVida Healthcare held an exciting groundbreaking ceremony for the new UniVida Palmetto Headquarters project. The attendees for this momentous event included the Link Team, the dedicated group at UniVida, beloved television host Javier Romero, and the legendary Don Francisco (Mario Luis Kreutzberger Blumenfeld).
We are thrilled to kick off this project, bringing state-of-the-art healthcare services to our community and creating numerous job opportunities. This initiative is a testament to our commitment to fostering growth, wellness, and prosperity in the area. Stay tuned for more updates as we embark on this exciting journey!

r the Palmetto Expressway. It includes offices, an outpatient clinic, an atrium entrance, exam rooms, conference rooms, an employee lounge, an executive kitchen, and a gym with locker rooms and showers. The exterior offers lush landscaping and 201 parking spaces.

MIAMI ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS GLOBAL HEADQUARTERS IS COMPLETE
MIAMI SPRINGS, FL
Link proudly introduces the newly completed Miami Association of Realtors Global Headquarters in the charming City of Miami Springs! Designed by RSP Architects, this magnificent five-story building boasts 36,500 sq ft of Class-A office, state-of-the-art space, and an 82,500 sq ft parking garage. This exceptional project, collaborating with the Miami Association of Realtors, RSP Architects, and Sharpe Project Development, delivers a next-level facility for its members. We thank the Miami Association of Realtors for the opportunity and trust to have collaborated on building their new home. Congratulations!
