This project is the residential construction of a low income housing community, located on 1.6 acres along NW 61st Street between NW 14th and 15th Avenue. The Project consisted of site work and the construction of six, three-story residential buildings consisting of ten affordable units each (60 total), a single story community center building and parking structure.
